the ELF is an excellent TUNA lure, just 7" but also 4 oz this lure is designed specifically for tunas who like small bite sized offerings. This lure was originally designed by Makaira pulling Lures and now offered by Handmade Tackle. For the 2025 update on the lure it is now featuring an inner skirt with mylar over and iridescent wings.
Very popular in Madeira for BigEye tunas this lure is so heavy for its size it will not be pushed aside by the tuna's bow wave like lighter lures do, it will still be there to be swallowed by the fish!
